A. Personal Data Provided by You
Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In or register an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google Authentication.
Congregation & Financial Records: If you interact with Sanda collections, rental services, inventory, or Maktab/Madrasa management, data related to your congregation registry, receipts, and profile details may be processed.
B. Device & Permission-Based Data
Location Data: With your explicit permission, we access your device’s precise (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION) or approximate (ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) location. This information is used strictly to calculate accurate prayer times, determine Qibla direction, and locate nearby Masjids. Location data is not tracked continuously in the background nor sold to third parties.
Camera & Storage Access: If you upload documents, profile pictures, or payment receipts, we request access to your device camera (CAMERA) and media storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE).
Notifications & Alarms: We use notification permissions (POST_NOTIFICATIONS, SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM, WAKE_LOCK) to send timely prayer alerts, adhan reminders, and important community announcements.
C. System & Usage Information
Crash Logs & Performance Data: We may collect standard technical data such as app crash reports, OS version, and performance diagnostics to improve app stability.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
To authenticate your identity and provide secure access to your account.
To manage congregation registries, Sanda contributions, and community profiles.
To provide location-based features (Qibla finder, prayer time schedules).
To send prayer notifications, community updates, and administrative alerts.
To maintain app security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to power core app functionalities. These services collect and process data in accordance with their respective privacy policies:

Fahada does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental/guardian consent. Educational and Maktab records entered into the system are managed strictly by authorized Madrasa/Masjid administrators.
